From the moment I walked into the store Michelle was amazing! very patient and knowledgeable. Chris was great when he came out to give us a quote and take measurements. They were able to get me our carpet and have it installed in time enough for us to put up our Christmas tree with our son before he went back to college! Mario and Irving were very fast and did a great job on the install cleaned everything up and put my furniture right back where it was!

Leighanne was a delight in doing our initial meeting and estimate. She was low pressure and direct about pricing and options for vinyl plank flooring. And for the install Gary did a phenomenal job. He was efficient, friendly and the final job looks great. He even took the time to make sure the fridge was properly leveled in our older home that has floors that are not always level. Our original floor had a lot of creaking when you walked around and the creaking no longer exists. We had sheet vinyl installed in our foyer, hallways, powder room, kitchen, two closets, and laundry room. Gary did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. The installation took a day / two longer than expected but the craftsmanship is top notch and we had little inconvenience. Highly recommend.
